Cancellation Policy

 

CUSTOMER CANCELLATION,NO SHOW & LATE ARRIVALS

 

Reservations cancelled 48 hours or more of scheduled trip will receive a full refund minus $5.00 convenience fee per person.

Reservations cancelled less than 48 hours before scheduled trip will be charged full price

Reservations cancelled due to No Show or late arrivals resulting in missed launch will be charged full price, but can reschedule for a later date and time for an additional $15.00 cash fee. please reschedule  via phone or text  321-298-2654

 

Cancellations by OHANA KAYAK ECO TOURS:

Unfortunately, we can not predict the weather, if bad weather approaches and we are unable to safely take you on one of our amazing trips and have to cancel, you have a few options: 

Reschedule same trip for a future date and time of your choice. (outside of regular business hours and trips are acceptable )  NO COST

Cancel Completely - Full Refund-  NO COST- Customer is responsible for contacting Ohana Kayak Eco Tours via text or phone for FULL REFUND  321-298-2654
